Auto-Renewal, Cancellation & Refund Policy - AML System
Billing: The AML System is billed either $197/month or $1,997/year, based on the plan you select above. A one-time $497 setup fee applies to the Monthly plan and is due together with your first payment; the setup fee is waived when you choose annual billing. For the Monthly plan, your first charge is $694 ($197 + $497 setup fee), then $197 every month after that. For the Yearly plan, your first charge is $1,997 (setup fee waived), then $1,997 every year after that. The setup fee, when applicable, is billed once and is not charged again on renewal.
Automatic Renewal: This subscription automatically renews at the price and billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly) you selected until you cancel. No action is required from you for renewal to occur.
Cancellation - Monthly Plan: The Monthly plan is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time by submitting a Cancellation Request through our website. Your subscription remains active and billing continues as normal until AML confirms the cancellation, which we process within 1-2 business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month; you will not be charged for any following month. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Cancellation - Yearly Plan: The Yearly plan is a prepaid annual subscription. You may cancel (turn off future auto-renewal) at any time by submitting a Cancellation Request through our website. Your subscription remains active until AML confirms the cancellation, which we process within 1-2 business days. Canceling does not refund any part of the current annual term. You keep access through the end of the term you already paid for; the subscription will not renew after that.
Refunds: The $497 setup fee is non-refundable once billed. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including in the case of early cancellation, non-use, or dissatisfaction, except where required by applicable law.
Failed Payments: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the charge, contact you to update your payment method, and/or suspend access until payment is received.
